Mickaël created the Plastic Oceans mosaics with the help of the children of Suwung and students from “privileged” schools. This collaboration has been a powerful way to raise awareness among young people about Bali’s hidden poverty and the island’s alarming plastic pollution crisis.

We hope that one day, some of them will become ambassadors of our cause and children from both worlds will come together to create a cleaner and more equitable future.
